RYA First Aid
Course Overview:
This one day First Aid course will provide a thorough grounding in first
aid techniques with particular reference to small craft afloat. A valid first aid certificate is a
requirement for the Coastal Skipper, Yachtmaster Offshore examinations as well as all RYA Instructor
and BCU Coaching awards. Free First Aid manuals are distributed during the course for attendees to keep.

Combined RYA First Aid, Sea Survival, VHF/SRC (Radio Operator)
Combined Course
Course Overview:
Save money by booking this three day package of courses which includes
the RYA First Aid, RYA Sea Survival and Maritime Radio Operator Certificate of Competence (Short Range
Certificate).
The package provides the necessary pre-entry course requirements for those undertaking
either a Coastal Skipper, Yachtmaster Offshore or Advanced Powerboat examination which may then be
commercially endorsed.

Appointed Persons First Aid Course
Course Overview:
The course is suitable for organisations where a qualified first aider
is not required, but where there must be an "appointed person" to satisfy the needs of the Health and
Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. It is also suitable for people who wish to gain an understanding
of first aid emergency procedures. A free First Aid Manual for candidates to keep will be issued during the
course. There is no exam and a certificate of attendance is issued. Free parking & refreshments are included.

A four day training course designed to meet the requirements of the
Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) for First Aid at Work issued by under the provisions of the Health
and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Included in the course fee is a First Aid Manual, refreshments and parking.

Course Overview:
This two day refresher training is designed to meet the requirements of
the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) for First Aid at Work issued by the Health and Safety Commission
under the provisions of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Candidates must have an
in date FAAW Certificate and produce this at the start of the course. Included in the course fee is a First Aid
