The information you provide will be passed to Southampton City Council and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC). Both organisations registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and will use the information provided for the collection and analysis of statistical information to inform planning. The LSC will share this information with other organisations such as the Department for Education and Skills, Connexions, the Higher Education Statistics Agency, and the Higher Education Funding Council for England, for the purpose of administration, careers and other guidance, statistical and research purposes. The LSC or its partners may wish to contact you from time to time to take part in surveys or research to monitor performance, improve quality and plan future provision. They may also want to contact you about new courses and learning opportunities.
