| Course Description | Come and learn the basics of sailing on our new Sonar keelboats. These Olympic class boats are suitable for ages and abilities and have been especially adapted for disabled use (offical Paralympics sailing class - one of our boats recently competed in the world championships sailed by the Japanese Team). Our friendly instructors will take you out for a sail around Southampton Water and the Solent for an informal and relaxed day so that you can experience the thrills of sailing. If you wish, you can even have a go yourself! These boats will take up to four people plus an instructor. You will need to bring plenty of warm clothes and a packed lunch (Thermos of something warm recommended) - all necessary personal equipment is provided including life jackets, waterproofs & boots. |
