Facility Hire
The Centre contains excellent facilities that include heated lecture rooms for shore-based sessions, plenty of changing rooms with hot showers. Access for wheelchair users to classrooms, changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Experienced and highly qualified staff. Pleasant lounge facilities to relax in and small classes.

There is access for use on MRM2 Plus and Thin Client software on both laptops and PCs. The room is also networked for more PCs with MRM2 access should you wish to bring your own equipment.
SWAC Facilities
- Parking facilities are available on site
- Provision is made at the Centre for people with disabilities and there is access for wheelchair users to ground floor classrooms and toilets
- Free hot drinks are available and biscuits are included in the room hire cost
Catering / Meals
Outside caterers can be arranged for cold buffet or snacks from a local reputable company. They can provide catering for special diet requirements and vegetarians.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of confirmed room and catering bookings will incur the following charges:
Over two weeks no charge
1-2 weeks 25% of room hire plus any catering costs
Less than 3 days 50% of room hire plus any catering costs
24 hours or less full room hire plus any catering costs
Centre Familiarisation
Meeting convenors are requested to familiarise themselves and their delegates with the location of First Aid boxes and toilets. All members of staff at SWAC are qualified in First Aid.
Fire evacuation procedures are posted in each room at the Centre.
Use of rooms / public areas other than that of room hire may be arranged with the Centre’s Operations Manager and will be subject to relevant changes.
Smoking is not prohibited in all part of the building and premises as outlined in Southampton City Councils corporate procedures.
